  • Identified control weaknesses in a number of areas, developed a plan that increased cash-flow $650k monthly by eliminating collection weaknesses
  • Developed expense analytics resulting in 10% cost reduction
  • Implemented a daily man-hour monitoring and control reporting system in reducing overtime to less than 2% and a staff reduction of 10%.
  • Developed AR policies and procedures resulting in $1mm annual cash flow increase

  • Performed the fact gathering and successful representation of a national Home Health company in a $46MM dollar cost adjustment abatement.
  • Developed a data mining strategy that resulted in a $76MM reimbursement cash refund.
  • Documented current processes, and compliance with Sarbanes Oxley for select hospitals for two different national hospital corporations.

  • Integrated 17 legacy systems to build a revenue cycle control function for SEC reporting compliance and IPO “road show”
